Term & Condition

* We reserve the right to modify catalogue and price list without prior notification. * Models may be added or deleted as we perceive market demand. * Prices may change as cost of production / cost of raw material change. * Prices are FOB Semarang Port, Indonesia and are valid for 90 days from date of Proforma Invoice. * Payment - Letter of Credit (L/C) any Bank by negotiation. * Payment - 50% payable on receipt of Proforma Invoice to ratify contract. * Payment - Contract and delivery date is deemed ratified after full deposit has been cleared by our bank. * Payment - Work commences only after clearance of deposit. * Payment - Final payment is due on receipt of Invoice, Packing List and Bill of Lading against release of documents. * Orders invoiced to an Indonesian address will be subject to local taxes and charges.
